One-Year Workmanship Warranty
MI Painting & Wallpaper provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty on all painting services, effective from the project completion date.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship that result from improper surface preparation or application of paint performed by our team.
What Is Covered
- Peeling or blistering caused by improper application
- Paint failure resulting from workmanship issues
- Touch-ups or corrections related to our labor
If a covered issue occurs within one year, we will repair the affected area at no additional labor cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by moisture, leaks, water intrusion, or mold
- Cracks due to building movement or structural issues
- Damage caused by impact, abuse, or alterations by others
- Fading or discoloration due to sunlight, heat, or environmental conditions
- Materials supplied by the client
Paint and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid only for the original property owner
- Proof of service may be required
- The affected area must be accessible for inspection and repair
- Repairs must be performed by MI Painting & Wallpaper
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact us within the one-year warranty period with a description of the issue. We will arrange an inspection and determine the appropriate repair.
