This project involved a full interior repaint of a two-bedroom condo unit in downtown Toronto. The goal was to prepare the unit for sale with a clean, neutral finish that would appeal to buyers and photograph well for listings.
Scope of Work
Our team completed the following work within a tight one-day schedule:
- Painted all walls throughout the two-bedroom unit
- Painted all interior trim
- Painted 7 interior doors
- Removed molded caulking and apply new caulk around two bathtubs
- Replaced burned-out bathroom light bulbs
- Replaced an existing smoke detector
All work was completed with careful protection of floors and fixtures, followed by a full cleanup at the end of the day.

Result
The condo was completed on schedule and ready for staging the following day. The fresh white finish helped brighten the space, making it more appealing for photography and showings, while allowing the realtor to move forward with the listing without delays.
