This is the part 2 of our painting project for this home in L6A Vaughan. We move onto interior painting in Vaughan after we complete the part 1 of kitchen cabinets painting
The primary goal was to prepare the home for sale, as the owner is relocating to another country for personal reasons. A clean, neutral finish was selected to enhance brightness, appeal to potential buyers, and ensure the space photographs well for real estate listings.

Project Challenges & Timeline
In addition to kitchen cabinet painting and interior painting, the home also underwent other renovation work, including replacing existing wood flooring with engineered hardwood and a staircase renovation. As a result, careful planning and scheduling were required to coordinate our work with Kaka Stair & Flooring to ensure each phase progressed smoothly without delays or conflicts.
We normally started our interior painting from main floor first and then all the way up to second floor. However, as the flooring contractor already started his work on main floor, we started our painting from second floor this time and then all the way down to the main floor.
By painting this way, we dont run into space conflict with other trade person and also we were able to complete this painting project ontime and on schedule so that the staging could move in as soon as possible.
Result
From start to final, the interior painting portion of the project was completed in 3 days, keeping the renovation on schedule and aligned with the homeowner’s relocation deadline.
