Cherry Bush Rd Painting Project Overview
Project Name: Kitchen Cabinets Painting
Project Date: January 30, 2026
Location: Vaughan (Cherry Bush Rd L6A 0R9)
This project was completed in two phases. The first phase focused on kitchen cabinet painting, while the second phase — a full interior painting update — is scheduled and coming soon.
The primary goal was to prepare the home for sale, as the owner is relocating to another country for personal reasons. A clean, neutral finish was selected to enhance brightness, appeal to potential buyers, and ensure the space photographs well for real estate listings.

Scope of Work
- Painted all kitchen cabinet doors white
- Replaced old silver cabinet door knobs with modern black hardware
- Painted all interior walls white
- Painted all interior trim and doors
- Painted the kitchen ceiling to cover black marks left after replacing lighting fixtures
Paint & Materials Used For Kitchen Cabinets

Product: BIN shellac primer and Benjamin Moore Advance paint
Finish: Pearl finish
Color: Benjamin Moore chantilly lace
This combination was selected to create a bright, modern, and neutral look suitable for real estate staging and resale.
Project Challenges & Timeline
As the homeowner was relocating to another country with a flight already booked, the property needed to be fully prepared, listed, and ready for sale before the departure date. This created a fixed, non-negotiable timeline.
In addition to kitchen cabinet painting and interior painting, the home also underwent other renovation work, including replacing existing wood flooring with engineered hardwood and a staircase renovation. As a result, careful planning and scheduling were required to coordinate our work with Kaka Stair & Flooring to ensure each phase progressed smoothly without delays or conflicts.
We began the project with kitchen cabinet painting. On Day 1, all cabinet doors were removed and transported to our spray painting shop. There, the doors were professionally cleaned, sanded, primed, and spray painted for a smooth, factory-like finish. While the cabinet doors were being painted off-site, our team returned to the property to paint the kitchen cabinet frames on-site, allowing the project to move forward efficiently.
Result
From start to final installation, the kitchen cabinet painting portion of the project was completed in five days, keeping the renovation on schedule and aligned with the homeowner’s relocation deadline.
